AGR Subsea signs excavation master service agreement with Heerema Marine Contractors

AGR Subsea Ltd announced in June 2009 that it has signed a master service agreement with Heerema Marine Contractors.

This five year agreement covers a range of equipment including the SeaVator^® Mass Flow Excavator, Pumped Excavation systems and AGR’s unique ClayCutter X^® hard ground excavation and pipeline route preparation system.

The first work to be executed under the new agreement will be the excavation of material around platform piles on a number of Ekofisk platforms which is done in preparation for removal of the structures.
